The YZ does not turn like a KTM or Honda from the same era (or like a modern YZ). Things got busy in a hurry on the KTM & Honda and square edged hits on the KTM would rattle my molars, on the Honda it would send me off in different directions each time (I didn't like it). I felt more comfortable on the YZ. I think this will be a great scooter for vintage racing, it's got a great motor and I think it will handle the rougher terrain better than other bikes I would line up against. I gotta give it to you . . .your stuff rocks !!! It was a little pricy, but it works as advertised. I will pimp your stuff to every vintage guy I talk too!

Don,
First off I would like to thank you for going through the extra effort to complete my newly transformed shock in such a quick and timely fashion.  The shock made the bike a completely different animal.  With only four laps of practice I went out and won the GP3 intermidiate race, which is competing against later year bikes.  I hope to get another shock built for my 79 yz 400.  I would also like to thank you for the beautiful footpegs.  They fit on with very little effort and give so much more feel and stability.  Again thank your for your customer service and quality products.  I will be giving you much more business in the near future.
