All notices from Back In The Day MX (herein referred to as “the Company”) to a paying customer (herein referred to as “Client”)  may be posted on our web site and/or via email to the Client and will be deemed delivered within two (2) days. Notices from Client to the Company shall be made via our e-mail address (backinthedaymx@comcast.net) or sent to our address as provided on our web site. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by the Company five (5) days after the date sent.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time the Company ships merchandise within the United States, Canada, Europe, and other locations of our selected discretion. Additionally, the Company is removed of all risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax
The Company charges 8.25% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate. It is the Client’s responsibility to pay any additional sales tax that their county requires beyond the 8.25%.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices if our costs increase. Additionally, in the event a mistake was made in our price list or catalog, we reserve the right to bill at the prevailing prices in place at the time of shipment

Orders
If you want an order tracked electronically it is your responsibility to let the Company know in writing.  Currently we are running a 60 day backlog.  Do not expect your order to arrive before 60 days beyond payment for the product, sales tax, and shipping.
